The Sontowski & Partner Group (S&P) acts as an initiator, project developer, building developer and investor and is thus responsible for the entire property value chain. Since 1984, S&P has been implementing complex projects in the retail property, office property, commercial property and residential property sectors and is an expert in the field of accommodation tailored to the needs of senior citizens.

As a founding partner of the property corporation Deutsche Immobilien Chancen - DIC Asset AG (German property opportunities plc) Frankfurt am Main (Security no. 509840) and GRR, S&P invests in high-quality office and retail property.
We serve the growth market of providence and property for senior citizens through BayernCare Immobilien GmbH & Co. KG and have implemented a variety of large-scale projects across Germany.
Another key element of S&P's dedicated investment strategy is the development of market-ready property funds (regioFonds, provident funds, US funds). All placed funds have been met with higher-than-average market acceptance.
For many years, we have cooperated with major, renowned investors and financial partners from Germany and abroad when investing in joint ventures.

At our site in Erlangen, 50 high-qualified employees handle investment management and the implementation of building contracts and investment projects. Junior staff are also regularly trained by our company.
