>regioFONDS
With the "regioFONDS" or regional funds the Sontowski & Partner Group invests in high-yield, sustainable commercial property located in the investor's immediate surroundings; there are seven regioFONDS so far.
With our four provident funds we have successfully combined investment in property suitable for the elderly that offers the additional benefit of priority allocation of the preferred nursing home place for investors and their relatives.
Our three implemented US property funds focused on investment in neighbourhood shopping centres in the metroplex regions of Dallas, Fort Worth, Orlando, Atlanta and Tampa.
>SolarFonds
Our portfolio also comprises renewable energy investment funds. Two solar funds fulfil the requirements of securing the supply of sustainable energy based on regenerative energy sources in combination with the statutory power purchasing guarantees set out in the German Renewable Energy Law.
